Breakfast
Breakfast is served daily in the ground floor Bistro. No booking necessary for breakfast, or for the Bistro in general.
Christmas Party Bookings
Please select the date and number of guests required for your Christmas Celebrations. Some Friday and Saturday Nights in November and December are special events featuring live music. If you would like to hire one of our floors for a large event, please get in touch.
Pre-order required for all parties. Our menu may contain allergens, please inform our staff if you have any specific dietary requirements. £10 per person non refundable, non transferable deposit required at the time of booking. Full balance required 1 week before the party. (all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable).

Gift Vouchers:
Gift vouchers must be printed out first and redeemed in person at the cash desk when ordering. Gift vouchers expire 365 days after the day of purchase and must be used within that time frame. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, and change will not be given if it is exchanged for goods less than its face value. No refunds are available. Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase further gift vouchers. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed retrospectively. Only before ordering. Valid in person in the St.Elli’s Bay Bistro and Brasserie. Not online or in the Gelateria.
Booking Deposits
For popular dates (Valentine’s, Mother’s Day, etc), special live music events (such as our jazz nights or Christmas acts), group bookings, or function suite bookings, we require a non-refundable booking deposit of £10 per person.
PLEASE NOTE: Deposits for live music events, group bookings, and function suite bookings are non-refundable.
Upon attending the event, the £10 deposit will be deducted from the final bill.
£10 deposits allocated to ‘no-shows’ will not be deducted from the bill and cannot be transferred to another member of the party.
To clarify, if you are not able to attend for any reason, you will lose your £10 deposit. It will not be refunded or deducted from the final bill.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, please contact the restaurant VIA EMAIL including details of the booking reference, name, time and date.
Cancellations for standard reservations, made giving at least 24 hours notice will be entitled to a full refund. It is important to email as the restaurant can get very busy and we cannot always answer the phone. It also helps us in regards to data protection.

PLEASE NOTE: Bookings for live music events are non-refundable.
Table time
Your booking gives you a maximum of 2 hours table time.
Combining Tables:
If you have booked two separate tables at the same time, with the intention of sitting together, please let us know at the time of booking. We will always do our best to accommodate but may not be able to do so, especially if requests are not made in advance.
FAQs
Can I book back-to-back slots?
Sorry, no. In the interest of trying to accommodate everyone fairly, we have to limit stays to a maximum time of 2 hours in total.
Can I use my gift voucher?
Sure! Gift vouchers can be redeemed at the restaurant at the time of dining. It is not possible to book your table using vouchers, simply because the two systems don’t talk to each other. However, we’d be delighted to receive them on your visit.
Food Allergies and Intolerances
We are not currently able to cater for allergies and intolerances. Due to the open-plan nature of our kitchen, and the presence of allergens throughout the premises, we cannot guarantee allergen-free meals.
Our menu descriptions do not list all of the ingredients included in the dish. Please consider this information carefully before visiting or ordering. No exchanges or refunds can be given once your meal has been ordered.
Availability and Changes
Due to market conditions beyond our control, dishes and prices may need to change from time to time. All dishes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to remove or amend any dishes or prices without prior notice.
Tips
All cash tips go straight to your waiter.
Amendments
Any amendments will incur extra charges and are subject to management discretion.

We’re unable to take reservations for the ground floor bistro. All available tables are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
